4 dead in Nashville Shooting
Nashville (Tennessee) [United States], Apr. 22 (ANI): At least four persons on Sunday were killed in a shooting at a Waffle House in Tennessee's Nashville area in the United States (US).
A few others have been reportedly been wounded.
According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, the gunman was naked except for a green jacket when he opened fire at 3:25 a.m (local time).
Police said the assailant shed his jacket and fled on foot.
The police have described the gunman as a white man with short hair.
"Keep your doors locked, keep your eyes open. If you see this individual -- if you see a nude guy walking around this morning -- call the police department immediately," CNN reported, citing, Metro Nashville police spokesman Don Aaron, as saying.
A customer wrestled away the rifle, the police said, and labelled him as "hero".
The police have identified 29-year-old Travis Reinking resident of Morton, Illinois as person of interest in Sunday's Nashville shooting.
"BREAKING: Travis Reinking, 29, of Morton, IL, is person of interest in Waffle House shooting. Vehicle the gunman arrived in is registered to him. Gunman last seen walking south on Murfreesboro Pike. He shed is coat and is nude. See Reinking? Pls call 615-862-8600 immediately," the Metro Nashville Police Department, said, in a tweet. (ANI)
