Woman cries in front of Rahul Gandhi on flight, but the leader prefers to remain on his seat

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi was on flight when he was heading to Srinagar. A woman came to Rahul' seat and expressed her grief. She told Rahul how her ill brother is not getting proper treatment.
But, Rahul preferred to remain on seat instead of condoling her and assuring her justice.
