When PM Narendra Modi touched Prakash Singh Badal's feet

Prime Minister Narendra Modi spoke to booth level workers in UP’s Varanasi. "For the first time there is no anti-incumbency wave in the nation. I have been a grassroot worker myself" he added. Have pasted posters on the wall. He added, "Mera Booth, Sabse Mazboot"
He then went to offer prayers at Kaal Bhairav and then met NDA leaders. While meeting them, PM Modi touched the feet of Prakash Singh Badal. Check out the video
