What are the changes in fee hike rules for Private schools?

Yogi government has straightened up Private schools and their ways. Yogi government is focussed on helping parents in not getting robbed and be able to make their child study in a private school easily. These are the changes that would be made
1. The fee will not be hiked more than 7 percent annually
2. Rules will be applied on both CBSE and ICSE board affiliated schools
