Skymet Report: Dry and hot weather conditions grip Rajasthan

India’s largest state of Rajasthan is the first one to witness the withdrawal of Southwest Monsoon. This year, the retreating journey of Monsoon was delayed almost by a month against its official date of September 1. Withdrawal of Monsoon finally began on September 29 and it has been a rapid withdrawal since then. As a result, Rajasthan is now battling dry and hot weather conditions.
