Satya Pal Malik's huge statement on dissolving J&K assembly

Governor Satya Pal Malik revealed how he did not cheat in Jammu and Kashmir and dissolved assembly. He said that if he would not have done so then the Delhi would have forced him to allow Sajjad Gani Lone to form government. He added that it would have been cheating and hence he did not do it.
