Ruckus during special session of East MCD for pollution | Ghanti Bajao

Take a look at this video where councilors of Delhi are fighting with each other when they have come together to discuss on air pollution in the Union territories. These people belong to Bharatiya Janata Party and Aam Aadmi Party. They started fighting on who will go to vote first. A few councilors are holding sandals and threatening others in the room. Isn't it shameful?
