Reservation Bill: UPA never had the courage to bring such Bill, says RS Prasad

The government today introduced in Rajya Sabha a legislation to give 10 per cent quota in state jobs and educational institutions for upper caste poor. 

We are being questioned why did we bring the Quota Bill now - You never did, we had the courage to bring it. We are confident people will give majority seats in upcoming Lok Sabha elections: RS Prasad, BJP in Rajya Sabha
