Rahul Gandhi Set To Appear In Mumbai Court In Connection With A Defamation Case
Rahul Gandhi will appear in a court here Thursday morning in connection with a defamation case filed by an RSS worker against him for allegedly linking journalist Gauri Lankesh's killing with the "BJP-RSS ideology".
A Congress source said he would attend the hearing.
The Mazgaon metropolitan magistrate's court, in February, issued summons to Gandhi and CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury in response to a private complaint filed by Dhrutiman Joshi, a lawyer and worker of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
