Rafale Deal Case: IAF officials present their version in SC

The Supreme Court on Wednesday commenced a crucial hearing on pleas seeking court-monitored probe into the controversial Rafale deal. A bench comprising Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and justices S K Kaul and K M Joseph is also likely to peruse the pricing details 36 Rafale fighter jets from France submitted by the government in a sealed cover. The hearing saw Attorney General K K Venugopal opposing advocate Prashant Bhushan who wanted to submit information on the secrecy clause of the Rafale agreement.
