Punish Congress for spreading rumors on article 370 in abroad: PM Modi in Kurukshetra rally

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a public meeting in Haryana's Kurukshetra.
During the rally, PM said, ": We see a mother from Kashmir performing 'namaaz' 5 times a day & bowing her head before 'Allah', to call back her son from joining terrorism. I want to ask Congress leaders, should not such mothers get their sons back?"
"At a time when the country is hailing the decision to abrogate Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, a few Congress leaders were spreading lies in the country and the world about it", PM said.
