India had entered into an inter-governmental agreement with France and Dassault, the French aviation major, to acquire 36 Rafale fighter jets in flyaway condition at a cost of Rs 59,000 crore. Rajnath Singh got first Rafale jet of India and did shastra pooja too. On the other hand, Prime Minister Narendra Modi did Ravan Dahan at Delhi's Dwarka. He shot from a bow and celebrated Dussehra with the people of Delhi
