People carry injured on cot after ambulance service denies duty | Namaste Bharat

A shocking video has emerged from Uttar Pradesh's Gonda where an injured was taken to a hospital on a cot. 
A man was riding on a bike with his wife when the couple met with an accident. The people called 108 ambulance service but the the receiver declined duty. After that people carried the injured on a cot and took him to tthe hospital.
