In order to improve the education system of India, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is reportedly planning to change the question papers pattern for the Class X and XII examinations, according to the report by TOI.
The report quoted a senior HRD minister official as saying that the new exam pattern would test students on their analytical abilities rather rote learning. The questions in the exam will focus more on problem-solving abilities. It will have more short questions carrying one to five marks.
