One can't read Namaz in open with the intention of grabbing land: Haryana cabinet minister Anil Vij

Just as Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar explained his remark on Namza, his colleague in the cabinet Anil Vij, put him in a spot. "Occasionally if someone needs to read the namaz, he has the religious freedom to do so but one can't read namaz anywhere in the open, with the intention of grabbing land. The government can't allow that," said Anil Vij, the state's health minister.
