Donald Trump can form a new party after leaving the presidency

Donald Trump's presidency will conclude today and Joe Biden will be the 46th President of the United States Of America. With Biden, America will also get its first female Vice-President Kamala Harris. The oath ceremony will take place on the West Front of the US Capitol amid heightened security. Recently, Trump has talked to his aides and allies about forming a new party which he would like to call a "Patriot party'.
