Water sprinkling campaign to begin in Delhi from today to curb pollution due to crackers & stubble burning: Gopal Rai

Minister in Arvind Kejriwal Government, Gopal Rai gave his reaction to the increase in pollution level in Delhi. He added that stubble burning and burning of crackers is responsible for the surge in pollution levels in the National Capital, Delhi.
