Waqf Board Row: Political uproar over the survey of Waqf Board continues | Hoonkar ( 21 Sept 2022 )

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan will be presented in Rouse Avenue court today by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) at 4 pm in a corruption case related to alleged misappropriation of Delhi Waqf Board funds, sources told ABP News. A special CBI court at Rouse Avenue had granted four-day custody to ACB for questioning the AAP MLA in connection with the case. 

On Tuesday, Khan was taken to All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) here after his health deteriorated after which he was discharged at around 12:30 am. He was taken to the hospital on Monday as well after he complained of chest pain, and returned back home after his health improved. 

The AAP MLA who was arrested by the ACB on Friday and was sent to four-day custody which ended on Tuesday.
