The effect of rain in the mountains is now visible in the plains of Uttar Pradesh. Most of the rivers of the state are flowing in spate or have crossed the danger mark. Hundreds of villages are flooded due to which the life of the people has become disrupted. IMD has issued red alert in many regions of UP ahead in upcoming days. Seeing the rising water level of the rivers, the administration has also become fully alert. Flood posts have been set up in flood affected areas. Along with this, boats have been arranged and divers have been deployed in the areas where water has flooded. Ration and medicines are being distributed to the flood victims. The administration says that the situation is being monitored. The administration team is fully prepared.
