SC orders transfer of Mukhtar Ansari to UP Jail; Know what the Apex court said in its order | Master Stroke

The Supreme Court has ordered Bahubali leader Mukhtar Ansari to be sent back to UP from Punjab.  Today, the court rejected the pleas of the Punjab government and Mukhtar Ansari. The Supreme Court has ordered the Punjab government to hand over Mukhtar back to UP in 2 weeks. The court has said that Mukhtar should be taken to Banda jail. The prison superintendent should take care of the concerns raised about his health and safety during the hearing.
