Rajasthan SDM on power trip calls doctor 'mentally unstable'

A video of an SDM arguing with a doctor at a community health centre has gone viral. The incident took place at Hanumangarh in Rajasthan during an inspection visit by SDM Priyanka Talania.

In the video, it can be seen that she orders Dr Narendra Bishnoi to get up from his chair. When doctor points to another chair asks her to sit, Talania turns to her aide asks is this doctor 'mentally unstable?'
