In an EXCLUSIVE conversation with ABP News, the witness in Kharghar drug case, where Nigerians were arrested, Shekhar Kamble made shocking revelations. He added that the Narcotics Control Bureau made him sign 10 to 12 blank papers. He added that the Punchnama was mentioned later on these papers
