NEET Exam Row: NTA confesses in SC over circulation of paper on social media | ABP News

The Supreme Court will again hear on Thursday a batch of petitions challenging the National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test (NEET-UG 2024) results. The court had earlier directed the clubbing of all petitions alleging paper leak and seeking probe into the same and listed them on July 8.

The vacation bench will also hear petitions filed by National Testing Agency seeking transfer of cases, pertaining to NEET-UG, 2024, from various high courts to Supreme Court.

The National Entrance-cum-Eligibility Test (NEET) for the Under-Graduate (UG) medical admissions has been in controversy since the day the exams were conducted (May 5). From allegations of paper leak, delay at exam centers, tampering of OMR sheets, malpractices in exams, to incorrectly framed questions, the National Testing Agency (NTA) responsible for conducting the medical entrance exam has faced not only allegations but also several cases across courts in India. Over 24 lakhs students had attempted the country-wide exam.
