Manoj Jha writes to PM Modi highlighting flood and Coronavirus situation in Bihar

Rashtriya Janata Dal spokesperson and Rajya Sabha member, Manoj Jha, has written to Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the troubles in Bihar due to flood and Coronavirus.

He said that the teams of the centre may have visited the state but the local government led by Nitish Kumar did not take any concrete steps
