Maharashtra Politics: Neeraj Kishan Kaul- 'Speaker can't make decisions on disqualifications'

Eknath Shinde and his group of rebel MLAs' lawyer Neeraj Kishan Kaul in his arguments stated 'the speaker can not make decisions on disqualifications since a no-confidence motion has been passed against them.' This comes after the Shiv Sena party challenged the floor test request.
