J&K: Significance of circular mentioning 'No security clearance to Stone pelters' | ICH

India will mark two years of abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. Meanwhile, the government there has decided that those who are involved in stone pelting in Jammu and Kashmir, those people can neither get a government job nor a passport to go abroad. Its purpose is to restore peace in the valley.
