Why were PM Modi's placards brandished at pro-freedom rally in Pakistan's Sindh? | Debate

In recent visuals from Pakistan, the people of Sindh were seen protesting against the Imran Khan government and demanded freedom. These people wish to have a separate state for themselves and hence raised slogans against the Pakistan government. The highlight of the protest was Prime Minister Narendra Modi's placard which was being brandished during the sloganeering by the Sindh residents. Along with him, there were placards of other world leaders too.
