Why major parts of the country are submerged in rainwater? | Vijay Factor

The rain continues to wreak havoc across the country. Rain has been wreaking havoc in Bhopal since the last two days, due to which small areas of Madhya Pradesh were flooded. 

The situation has worsened in Bihar due to floods. NDRF is deployed at eight locations in Assam, SDRF is deployed at 40 different locations in the state. In Gujarat, 131 roads, including seven highways, are closed.
