Terror Attack in Kathua: On Tuesday, the Indian Army honored each of the five troops who lost their lives in a terror attack that occurred on July 8 in the Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir. Five army members, including a junior commission officer, died and five others were injured in the unfortunate tragedy. Naib Subedar Anand Singh, Havildar Kamal Singh, Naik Vinod Singh, Rifleman Anuj Negi, and Rifleman Adarsh Negi are the names of all the army troops who lost their life. According to officials, a large coordinated search effort was initiated on Tuesday to find the terrorists who carried out the deadly attack on an army, shortly after the occurrence, as reported by news agency PTI. In order to aid in their hunt, the governments have sent out ground search teams and used UAV and helicopter surveillance. Additionally, metal detectors and sniffer dogs are being used, with an emphasis on heavily forested areas.
