Who is Muhammad Saad, the Maulana of Tablighi Jamaat

Health Ministry has verified on Saturday that 30 per cent positive cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) have links to the gathering in the Nizamuddin Markaz of Tablighi Jamaat. An FIR has been lodged against Maulana Saad, the head of the Nizamuddin Markaz of the organisation but instead of cooperating with police, Saad is using home quarantine as an excuse to not answer the questions raised by the police.
