When Rahul Gandhi headed outside Parliament premises on a cycle

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi led a cycle rally of the protesting against the rising fuel prices in India. When he reached the parliament, he could not find any place to park the cycle and hence headed outside the premises to park the vehicle. Take a look.
