When Rahul Gandhi asked UP police why was he being arrested

Rahul Gandhi fell during the 'padayatra' to Hatras. He said that he was pushed. Talking to police officials right before he was being arrested, Rahul Gandhi asked the reason behind his arrest. He also asked about the sections under which he was being arrested.

The 'padayatra' was stopped by the police at the Yamuna Expressway and Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi have been detained. Later, Congress workers were lathi-charged too.
