When Motihari locals caught drunk Constable and locked him up in a room

A constable under the influence of liquor caused a ruckus in one of the polling booths in Bihar's Motihari. Constable Vishesh Kumar was caught by villagers and then was locked up in one of the houses in the village. Later, SP had to jump in to get the Constable freed from villagers' clutches. Take a look.
