Weather Takes a Steep turn In Delhi-NCR, Massive Sand Storm in The Region | ABP News
Delhi, NCR experienced a major dust storm on Friday evening, providing relief from scorching temperatures. According to the India Meteorological Department (IMD), rain was predicted for the national capital for this week, while the maximum temperature in the region soared to 42 degrees Celcius. On Tuesday, Delhi recorded its highest temperature of the season, three notches above the normal. At least two flights were diverted to Jaipur as the national capital was hit by gusty winds. Incidents of trees uprooted were also reported from the Delhi-NCR region. In an X post, IMD issued warnings for the national capital and its adjoining area.
