In some areas, infrastructure has collapsed as a result of the intense pre-monsoon rain that pounded Delhi and Uttar Pradesh on Thursday and Friday. While torrential rain on Friday forced the roof of an airport terminal in Delhi to fall, resulting in one fatality, three children lost their lives when their makeshift shelters fell into a building's foundation pit. Three kids perished in the Greater Noida region of Uttar Pradesh after becoming entangled in the rubble of a wall that collapsed on a building that was still under construction. The event took place in Dadri tehsil's Khodna Kalan hamlet. According to the authorities, up to eight youngsters were buried alive beneath the rubble, as reported by the news agency ANI. Three were pronounced dead when they arrived to the hospital, while five of them were able to flee. The hospital is treating the five children who were hurt.
