Water freezes in Dras as mercury drops to -20 degree Celsius | ABP Special

The cold season has started. Mercury has also reached minus in many parts of the country. The temperature in Dras have reached minus 20 degrees.  Due to which water has started to freeze in the river.

Significantly, Dras is the second coldest place in the world. It is the coldest place here after Siberia.
