Watch: AK Antony's 2013 speech on China which has created political storm

In 2013, Defence Minister AK Antony in the Congress Government had said that the road should not be built on the border. Explaining this allegation, the Congress spokesperson said, 'The truth varies with the facts. What was there in 1948 is not in 1952. What was in 52 was not in 62. What was in 62 was not in 67. And what was there in 71 was not in 87.

BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra also said that in 2013, the Congress government had talked about not making roads on the border. On this too, the BJP has targeted the Congress.
