UP: SC approves increased cut-off for appointment of 69000 assistant teachers

Appointment of assistant teachers in UP this year will be on the basis of increased cut off. The Supreme Court has approved the High Court's decision in this regard. The case was related to the appointment of 69000 Assistant Teacher in the state. After the Supreme Court's decision, the way to fill all the posts has been cleared.

The state government had increased the cut-off of 45 for general category and 40 for reserved category to 65 and 60 for the appointment of assistant teacher.
