UP Police holds press conference over gangster Vikas Dubey

Uttar Pradesh ADG law & order Prashant Kumar is holding a press conference on history sheeter Vikas Dubey, who is still at large after days of Kanpur encounter. 

Prashant Kumar said, 'Haryana Police have arrested 3 men, Kartike urf Prabhat, Ankur & Shravan in Faridabad. Police recovered 2 govt police pistol of 9mm caliber, 2 pistols & 45 live rounds. We will take them into custody'
