UP: Gang rape victim dies in Safdarjung hospital during treatment

Hathras rape victim died today in Safdarjung Hospital, Delhi where she had been admitted. The 19-year-old girl from Hathras, UP was gang-raped by four youths from the village.
After the case came to light, the four accused in the case were arrested by the police. The incident happened on 14 September. The victim said in her statement that after the rape, the accused also tried to strangulate her to death.
