UP: Fog leads to poor visibility in Bulandshahr

Not only Delhi-NCR, but the entire North India was covered in thick fog on Monday morning. Visuals from Uttar Pradesh's Bulandshahr showed an envelop of haze in the place, making the visibility level drop down to very low levels. In Delhi and adjoining areas, traffic pace has been hit hard due to low visibility level.
