UP Flood: CM Meets Shravasti & Balrampur Flood Victims, Distributes Relief Materials | ABP News
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath conducted an aerial survey of flood-affected areas in Shravasti and Balrampur on Thursday. He inquired about the situation from officials and instructed them to expedite relief operations. The CM visited affected areas, met with displaced children and women, and distributed relief materials. He also handed out cheques of Rs 4 lakh to families who lost loved ones and commended PAC personnel for their rescue efforts. Local public representatives, including Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, were present. The CM surveyed all villages in Ikauna tehsil, Shravasti, and was briefed by officials on the flood situation, which was caused by sudden water release from Nepal after heavy rains.
