During his virtual Jan Chaupal Rally in Bijnor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi unleashed an all-out attack on the Samajwadi Party.  "In Uttar Pradesh, the water in the river of development was stagnant. It has come to a halt among the fake Samajwadis and their associates," the prime minister stated. PM Modi continued his criticism of the Samajwadi Party saying that it spreads caste-based discrimination.
