UDAAN Scheme: Two-day program organized to promote women entrepreneurs in Srinagar | ABP News
2-day special program organised by the Agri Industries Vikaas Chamber under the ‘UDAAN’ scheme at Sher-e-Kashmir University of Agricultural Sciences and Technology of Kashmir (SKUAST-K) in Srinagar. It was organised by the collaboration of SKUAST-K’s Innovation, Incubation and Entrepreneurship Center. The aim was to promote women’s empowerment and to educate young female entrepreneurs about the benefits of ‘UDAAN’ scheme. Female Entrepreneur set up their own units aimed to exhibit their products. They also interacted with high officials of SKUAST and learnt a lot of things. They also demanded that such type of initiatives should be continue in future for the promotion of women empowerment.
