An Oxygen cylinder was refilled for Rs 213 but since the Coronavirus pandemic engulfed India tighter by the day, the cost of cyclinder refilling rose too. Today, the process is done for Rs 350.

On the other hand, many hospitals complained that cylinders were being sold at double the market price. Via this process, many oxygen cylinder dealers were making loads of money.
