'Time for change..': Harish Rawat assures Congress' win in Uttarakhand Assembly Polls

As the Election Commission of India has announced the ban of the political rallies on the ground on Saturday, senior Congress leader Harish Rawat said that the people of Uttarakhand will now show support to his party. Calling it a time for a change, he added that Congress is all set to win Uttarakhand elections 2022. He added that Congress will switch to virtual modes for campaigning.
