According to ABP News resources Delhi Police is likely to record Delhi CM and AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal's statement in the AAP MP Swati Maliwal assault case. Delhi police to record the statement of each person present at the CM house during the incident. The crime branch is also investigating the case. 

On Monday, Maliwal went to the Civil Lines police station and alleged that a member of the Delhi chief minister's personal staff "assaulted" her at the chief minister's official residence, police officials had said. Meanwhile, the AAP MP moved Delhi's Tis Hazari court to record her statement in the case.
