Streets submerged, houses flooded post downpour in Uttarkashi

There is no doubt that Uttarakhand has been receiving a lot of rain these days. The monsoon season of the year 2020 has not been easy for the resident of the hilly state. But somewhere the flaws of the administration are highlighted from the state of Uttarkashi after downpour.
The streets were submerged, the houses were flooded and so were the shops. It rained heavily but it surely exposed how ill-prepared the area was for doownpour
