Slain UP police cop had warned about Vikas Dubey in March
CO Devendra Mishra, one of the Uttar Pradesh police officers who was killed in cold blood during the Kanpur encounter had already warned his superiors about Vikas Dubey in March 2020. In a letter dated 14 March 2020, Mishra had warned the SSP about the histroy sheeter Vikas Dubey and how Uttar Pradesh police might be ambushed if they try to raid his place. He has also raised question over the conduct of SO Vinay Tiwari. Watch this report.
