Single-Member Panel To Probe Allegations Against Trainee IAS Officer Puja Khedkar | ABP News

The Centre on Thursday set up a single-member committee to probe the raft of allegations against trainee IAS Puja Khedkar, including her candidature, which she allegedly secured by misusing the disability and Other Backward Class quota. The Centre, in its statement said that the investigation would be carried out by an additional secretary-rank officer, who will verify Khedkar's candidature claims along with other details of the probationary officer, who has been allotted the Maharashtra cadre. "The committee will submit its report in two weeks," the statement said. The 34-year-old officer has been under scrutiny for allegedly misusing her powers and manipulating benefits under the OBC and physical disabilities category quota, in order to secure her position in the civil services.
